november 27, 2011. it was a gorgeous fall day on the upper west side for my last portrait session of my most recent new york city trip. niall and harper were all dressed up in holiday dresses with red and white bows for some quick portraits inside and then we did a quick wardrobe change and moved the family outside for some more casual photos. these two were ridiculously cute and we even managed to get some good images of the two of them together :-)

september 15, 2010. we had a beautiful sunny afternoon for my session with the johnson family. sarajane brought along a fun red suitcase and i chased around her two daughters for an hour or so down by the creek. can these two be any more gorgeous?

september 7, 2010. the jackson family welcomed their new addition at the end of august and i was so happy to be asked to come and photograph the little guy. he wasn’t very interested in sleeping much, but he gave us some great expressions… as did the happy big sis!

june 26, 2010. okay, i finally got the go ahead to post the images from lindsay + kevin’s wedding celebration back in june. these two had a beautiful outdoor ceremony up at the lazy moose ranch in wilson, wyoming and followed it up with an intimate reception right there at the lodge (the lazy moose ranch is a great place for a wedding with its incredible views of the valley, gracious hosts, and authentic wyoming lodge by the way, i am a big fan…) lindsay + kevin were wonderful to work with and had a lot of special little details that were fun to photograph as well. other highlights were the ring bearer managing to loose the ring while walking down the aisle (we found it right after the ceremony) and the horses running through the field after the ceremony (and coming up to the reception afterwards to see if they could get some attention…)

september 5, 2010. cydney + bennett got married at a private residence bordering the snake river on a cloudy sunday and had a wonderful reception in cyd’s family’s front yard which was just down the street. these two were head over heels for each other and it was so beautiful to see. oh and cyd is a buyer for urban outfitters so all of her details were amazing and really fun to shoot :-)

september 4, 2010. jessie + cd had an intimate ceremony at st. john’s episcopal church in downtown jackson, wyoming followed by a gorgeous reception at the snake river ranch. you couldn’t have asked for a more amazing day. jessie was absolutely stunning in her wedding dress, as was her beautiful mother and good looking bridal party. and the boys weren’t so bad either :-) chris’s little girls (the flower girls) were super adorable as well.

august 30, 2010. gemma’s mom decided to get gemma her very own session without her big sister, as we all know the younger child often gets neglected in the photo department… another beautiful day in central park. gemma was a dream to photograph–gorgeous blue eyes, lots of smiles, and as happy as can be.

august 25, 2010. a super fun family session out on the dock at the new harbor on block island (as in the island off the coast of rhode island.) i love the look and feel of being at the ocean… it’s something we certainly don’t get back home in jackson, wyoming.

august 20, 2010. for my second new york city shoot we went up to riverside park to get some shots of this good looking brother/sister pair. yael had the sweetest smile and the most amazing curls. alex was a bit harder to charm, but i got a lot of different looks and some great laughs out of him by the end of the session.

august 4, 2010. when katie called me torn between doing a pregnancy photo shoot (she was nearly 8 months along with her second child) or waiting to do newborn photos when the baby came, we decided that both were incredible milestones that needed to be documented. and i am so glad that we did. we captured some really precious images of kiera and lots of photos of her mom’s beautiful belly too of course. so here is part one: kiera and mommy before baby cooper arrived… really cute, cute new baby photos to come once i get them edited!

august 7, 2010. what a treat it was to head back east again this summer to shoot another wedding in new hampshire. jill and ole got married at a private residence outside center sandwich. what a gorgeous location. these two were so excited to finally be getting married as their ear to ear smiles will attest (i think they have been together for 7+ years!) … they were so much fun to work with and the details were incredible (jill is known for her amazing taste)… enjoy!

july 31, 2010. dana and adam exchanged their vows on top of jackson hole mountain resort and followed it up with a reception right there at the couloir restaurant (a great choice.) it was an amazing wyoming day with the weather changing by the hour. these two just adored each other…
